This question will take a little time to think about your answer. Al Gore is a leader in the Democratic Party and he preaches his global warming rhetoric that the Earth is warming up because of Carbon (CO2) emissions. He even got a Nobel Award for his B.S. He preaches the world will end in destruction because of the melting of the polar ice caps. But actual science has proven that this melting of the polar ice caps is a normal Earth cycle. Don't anybody remember in the mid to late 1970's when we (in the northeast US) had a series of winters that was far more extreme than normal. Buffalo NY in 5 days had 103 inches of snow fall. From Richmond VA, through Washington DC and Baltimore up through NY City. One snow fall then netted from 30 inches to over 48 inches. In the Chesapeake Bay the Coast Guard had to bring in ice breakers. Something that has not happen before or since. Back then the same people who are predicting global warming now had us believing we were entering the next ice age. For the record, the warmest year in the 1900's was 1934 not the 1990s as Mr. Gore would have you believe. I know Al Gore was not involved in the Ice Age sham in the 1970 because he was busy inventing the Internet. And now this sham program "Corn based Ethanol" Using more energy to create less energy, and simultaneously drive up food prices. Thank you U.S. Congress! This is better than paying farmers NOT TO GROW FOOD. Now is the time for the every day American to speak up and tell congress to start doing what is right for us.
