Speakers have cut out?? Whats wrong?
I'm looking to get a general, all-purpose utility knife, and have found one I like with an exactly three inch length blade (any longer, and my state deems it illegal). However, I'm having difficulty choosing between a smooth or partially serrated blade. This is something I'd use for a variety of cutting purposes -- wire, wood, plastic, cloth, rope, and so on. On such a short blade length, would the serrated edge be effectively rendered useless? Should I stick with a flat blade? What are the recommendations?

6.Fabian Phenom vs. Y2J TWIY,for the hardcore title,in a hardcore match. Fabian won a hardcore title number 1 contendership,when Fallen Diablo said he had to forfeit because he was quitting,but the owner at that time Chaos came out and told everyone that this match for the hardcore title,would be tonight instead of Gold Rush.And it would be a hardcore,anything goes match.Y2J TWIY comes out to a huge pop,he is obviously the favorite to win this match.Fabian Phenom comes out to some huge boos.FP comes out with a kendo stick.As soon as the match starts Fabian Phenom swings the kendo stick at Y2J TWIY's head,but Y2J TWIY ducks away,and then hits a german suplex.Y2J TWIY then takes the kendo stick,drops it on the ground,and hits a back suplex where Fabian Phenom lands with the back of his head onto the kendo stick.He screams in pain.Than Y2J TWIY goes outside the ring and looks for weapons.He gets a chair and a ladder out.He nails FP with the chair.He then sets the ladder up on the outside of the ring.He climbs up it,and then Fabian Phenom climbs the turnbuckle,Y2J TWIY jumps off the ladder,and dropkicks FP off the top rope,FP lands hard on his neck.Y2J TWIY goes for the pin,but only gets a 2.He then gets the chair.He tries to swing it at FP again,but FP ducks and then hits some hard jabs to Y2J TWIY's abdomen,and then he ddts Y2J on the chair.Than FP drags Y2J TWIY outside the ring.FP sets up the ladder on the barrier and on the edge of the ring.He then sets Y2J TWIY on the ladder,he then gets out a table!What is FP thinking?He sets up the table under the ladder that Y2J TWIY is on!What the hell is he thinking.He gets another ladder out!He sets it up in the ring,and then climbs to the top.He jumps off,and hits a leg drop,Y2J TWIY goes through the ladder,and the table!!!!!! The fans are on their feet after seeing the brutal hardcore move they just saw!Fabian Phenom is hurt,and after about 5 minutes,he goes for the pin,but Y2J KICKS OUT!FP is shocked!The fans are screaming their lungs out.Y2J TWIY than hits a hard elbow to FP.He then crawls under the ring,completely.These men are using the weirdest techniques to try and win this match.Fabian Phenom tries to look for him,but than a bunch of smoke goes into FP's eyes!Y2J TWIY comes out to reveal he was using a fire extinguisher.He then hits a blinded FP with the fire extinguisher on the head.FP has been cut open.Y2J TWIY than gets a table out.He puts FP on the table.Than Y2J TWIY gets the ladder and sets it up IN THE RING!And FP is outside the ring!Y2J TWIY jumps off the ladder with a beautiful moonsault,out of the ring,BUT FP MOVES.Y2J came down with all his momentum,and landed straight through the table!Then FP gets another table out!He will not pin Y2J,he wants to do more damage.He sets up the table,and then hits a phenomenal suplex{finisher} through the table!!!!!!He gets the pin,and the win. Winner:Fabian Phenom{new champ} Then SW's music hits,he congratulates both men,and says he will leave Y2J with his announcement,but he has something to say about the hardcore title,he says he is going to shake things up,and starting next week,the title will have the 24/7 rule.Fabian Phenom looks horrified. Then Y2J TWIY gets on his announcement. Y2J:Im... sorry{.... stand for panting} ... I .... lost fans,but... I have... to take a break from this all.But I... assure you... that I willl.... I've been looking around the internet for some time now and I've been unable to locate the hiragana/kanji for the following words, I was hoping that someone else out there might know what the kanji is. (all terms are for the Katana) Hamachi - Notch where the cutting edge of the katana begins Hiraji - Surface of the blade between the hamon and shinogi. Mono-uchi - final 1/3 of the blade, typically where you get the most power per swing Munemachi - start of the mune, opposite the hamachi Nakagojiri - Very base of the tang Shinogiji - Surface between the shinogi and mune (I'm not 100% certain I have the correct spelling on any of these, but i hope the spelling is correct.)
