how much do you think i would i get for this jacket?
Pertaining to open-wheel racing, have you noticed a steady decline in interest? Will top-league, professional open-wheel racing survive in the hemisphere? NASCAR seems to hold the pinnacle of national attention but I sure miss CART and CHAMPCAR. I liked the road and street-courses, unlike the perpetual oval of Indycar. Will GrandPrix style open wheel racing survive? Do you like this format of racing?

Is Indy car racing a moribund sport in North America?
I have followed the IRL since its inception, and even before the great divide. I am curious as to why they are starting to turn fans away now that they have unified once again. I thought this would be the answer and get open wheel racing back into the limelight. Boy was I WRONG! The first order of business for the new league was a TV contract... VS? Who the hell gets VS? I pay Directv $60 a month and still don't get this channel!! Less than a month ago the IRL switches its ethanol supplier from a Nebraska based company to a company based in Brazil? Way to keep the money local Tony George. This was the straw that broke the camels back in my book, as I will not be watching any Indy car races this next season, or any season until they out them on a channel I've heard of and at least TRY to please fans again. I have been to the last 14 Indy 500's and decided to not renew my tickets for 09. I guess this isn't really as much of a question as it is a rant, so I apologize for that. I am just curious to hear what other fans might think?

Why does the IRL continue to find ways to push fans away?
What with the "oil crisis" we are in, people keep singling out NASCAR as a "waste" of fuel that could be used for more "productive" purposes. Well... WHY ONLY NASCAR? What about: United Midget Auto Racing Association Vintage Auto Racing Association Antique Auto Racing Association Prince George Auto Racing Association Sprint car racing associations. Utah Salt Flats Racing Association NHRA / IHRA Indy Racing League Not to mention the THOUSANDS of "Car Clubs" across America that go out for Sunday drives just for the heck of it. Then, we haven't even mentioned: BOAT racing AIRPLANE racing MOTORCYCLE racing What else can we add to that list? Please explain WHY NASCAR seems to be the only ones ever taking the "hit" for "unproductive" use of fuels?

Why do people keep singling out NASCAR?
Im doing an informative speech on the Indy Racing League. most of the books ive found were written before the cart split, what are some good websites with basic information about the IRL?

where can i get Basic Indy Car info?
Everytime I talk with my co-workers about my love of racing it goes to the subject of NASCAR. Don't get me wrong I like NASCAR. But I like the Indy Racing League too. Plus they have a pretty good female driver in Danica Patrick.

Are there any women who know about auto racing other than NASCAR?
I always hear about it on sports news and, on average, you typically see references to it's greatest drivers on shows and programs that don't have anything to do with motorsports than you see NASCAR references, other than Jeff Gordon and the Earnhardt family, of course. Why does the IRL seem to get alot less publicity?

Why doesn't the Indy Racing League get alot of publicity?
Who are some of your favorite motorsprots drivers? Any form of motortsports goes for this question. Here are my favorites: Sprit Cup Seires: Dale Earnhardt Jr. Nationwide Series: Mike Wallace Craftsman Truck Series: Ted Musgrave Indy Racing League: Danica Patrick NHRA Top Fuel: Kenny and Brandon Bernstein NHRA Funny Car: John and Ashley Force NHRA Pro Stock: Warren Johnson NHRA Pro Stock Bike: Angelle Sampey Arca: Frank Kimmel Formula 1: Michael Schumacher (now Luis Hamilton since Schumacher's retirement) World Of Outlaws: Steve Kinser AMA Motocross: Ricky Carmichael AMA Supercross: Jeremy Mcgrath USAR Hooters Pro Cup Series: Benny GordonAlso Dale Earnhardt Sr. for the Sprint Cup Seires.

    Favorite Motorsports Drivers?
''those indy cars are the baby to the f1'' thats what my cousin is saying !!! and he said that '' there different leagues but there the same race'' do you agree with him ?i was right and he is wrong !!!! =)

Don't you agree with me that indy car racing is not the ''baby'' of F1 ???
after his conract with joe gibbs is over

will tony stewart go back indy racing league?
http://www.newswire.ca/en/releases/archive/April2008/14/c5233.html Falling between Mid-Ohio and Kentucky race weekends, it's going to be quite a detour (in the road trip) for the league. I was hoping it would be tucked in at the end of the season, but I'll take what they schedule and be happy about it ;0)
