Looking for soccer "league" for 3 year old toddler in Orlando?
i am black,male, 13 and 5 ft 5 ichs. i my Bmi is 27.5 so i am overweight.is there anything else i can do. i have gym about 2-3 times a week and play basketball for about 20 minutes. i go to the ymca for 3-4 hrs every saturday and i take karate lessons for 2 hrs on friday. i am not sure if my eating habits are healthy enough, but do i exercise not enough, what foods can i always make sure to eat and how much precisey each day. in my family i have to eat meat or fish everyday so how can i balance it out. long responses will be very helpfulthank you. p.s i look fat but not like omg hes fat! just a chubby belly with breast.

Well, first, I'm very shy and whenever someone looks at me I try to hide or get away. Well, I've been going to the YMCA every week to youth night, and I just get SO nervous everytime to where I nearly faint and I WANT to make friends but my shyness is holding me back. They are nice to me and everything, and I try being nice back, but How do I try to not be shy? I try taking deep breaths but nothing works. I really want to make some new friends when I go this week, and whenever they look at me I get so, shy. I hate it, any tipss? [[also about where I'm putting this, idk where to put this so I chose health, kay?]]
